The process starts with you. Whether you have pictures from a magazine, Pinterest boards, or a home you admire in the neighborhood, gather your inspirations and email LeddyBuildDesign@gmail.com.
The next step is scheduling a meeting to discuss your vision, project goals, deadlines and budget. If you need drafting design services, we offer that as well. Once building plans are finalized, we’ll present a comprehensive project estimate and contract. Throughout the process, we communicate every step of the way with you about your project.

Maine Home & Design
Due to the small footprint, every inch of the allowable space was used; a third story was even incorporated in a section of the house in order to provide office space for the homeowner. The house is built with high insulation values, has large, quality windows, and utilizes solar panels with a Tesla power wall. Each bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the ocean air and breathtaking coastal views.
Maine Home & Design
This approximately 2,000-square-foot new home being designed by Kevin Browne Architecture will replace a very tired home that had been cobbled together over the years. The property is located on a dead end street in the heart of Higgins Beach community. Higgins Beach has recently adopted a character-based code that limits the character of the fabric of the homes built or renovated in the community.

Owner, Designer
Paul Leddy is a craftsman, builder and designer with more than 40 years of experience. He has been a part of many projects working with some of Maine's most talented contractors, architects & suppliers. When not building, he's sailing on Casco Bay with his dog, Tiller.
RYAN LEDDY
Owner, Lead Carpenter
Ryan Leddy has been building quality homes with his father, Paul, and contemporaries for 15+ years. His energy and enthusiasm makes him a great team leader and inspires the team to do their best work. When not building, Ryan coaches Little League.
DYLAN LEDDY
Lead Carpenter
Dylan Leddy has grown up learning the industry from his father and brother and takes great pride in being part of the family business for the past five years. When not on jobsites, he is making artisan homemade pasta.
